Youth Work Introduction 

The youth work of MEC, known collectively as "Spirit & Truth", is overseen by the church's youth pastor, Lewis, and ministers to young people both from MEC and the surrounding churches. The main youth group runs on a Sunday night (after the church's evening service) and consists of worship, teaching, prayer, media and drama. There are also numerous groups throughout the week for bible study, outreach, social events etc.

Biblical teaching is a very high priority for Spirit & Truth, but we like to have fun with it. A combination of games, lock-ins and creative activities help to bring the bible to life, and make it more easily applicable in our lives.

There are a dedicated team of helpers involved in Spirit & Truth, which makes for a fun-filled but powerful ministry committed to the young people of Malvern.
